Accident to the glider LAK-19, registration D-0262

On 3 April 2016, the glider LAK-19, registration D-0262, lost control, went into a spin, and crashed into the ground. The pilot was fatally injured. The glider was destroyed. Safety investigation is conducted by Austrian Safety Investigation Authority (Sicherheitsuntersuchungsstelle des Bundes).
