Serious incident to the aircraft ATR 42-300 registration OY-JRY

On 16 November 2021, about 15.30 UTC the crew of the aircraft ATR 42-300, OY-JRY, observed some smoke coming from the windscreen area. The smoke evaporation stopped after a short while. The aircraft safely landed in Midtjyllands Airport (EKKA), Denmark. No injuries to the crew and passengers.

The safety investigation is performing by the Danish Accident Investigation Board (Havarikommissionen).

The Republic of Lithuania, as a State of operator of the aircraft, has appointed the accredited representative and his technical advisors to this safety investigation.
