Accident to the glider L-13 Blanik, registration LY-GBT

On June 10, 2025, at around 1:41 p.m., during out landing on competition flight the glider overran landing field and crashed into a ditch next to the road. The glider's nose was crushed, there are damages to the rear frame, stabilizer, wing skin near the attachment points, fuselage skin. The pilot and the passenger were not injured.
