Less serious accident with general cargo ship Klara, IMO 9507130

On 27 June 2020, in Maltese-registered vessel Klara, while master was trying to switch over the steering controls from the bridge wing to the bridge, using the control switch located within the bridge, the control switch broke. Emergency steering was deployed, emergency steering gear was used. Ship‘s crew succsesfully managed to rectify this disorder and ship‘s steering was resumed from the bridge.
