Less serious accident with inland waterway ship (tanker) Jakai, P-303

On 31 August 2020, tanker Jakai, registered in the Register of Inland Waterway Vessels of the Republic of Lithuania,  while mooring to the quay No 139 in the Klaipeda State Seaport, due to mechanical failure, lost propulsion power and contacted the quay. Due to the contact, the hull surface of tanker Jakai and the quay were not seriously damaged. No damage to the environment sustained, no people were injured.
