Less serious accident with ro-ro cargo ship Belgia Seaways, IMO 9188233

On 25 October 2020, ship Belgia Seaways, registered in the Register of Seagoing Ships of the Republic of Lithuania, sustained malfunction and shutdown of main engine. Anchor was dropped, tug assistance requested. The malfunction was rectified, the ship was inspected by a representative of the classification society, and it was confirmed that the ship is fit for further operation. The ship continued her voyage.  No damage to the environment sustained, no people were injured.
