Less serious accident with general cargo ship Anouk, IMO 9196266

On 11 May 2021, during loading of the German-registered ship Anouk, IMO 9196266, a crew member cadet, while working with the ship's crane, suffered leg injuries.

The incident notification was received on 9 November, 2021. It shall be noted that maritime accidents and incidents must be assessed and a decision made whether or not to carry out a safety investigation within two months of the date of the accident or incident. Maritime accidents and incidents must be reported immediately to the investigator-in-charge of maritime accidents and incidents.
