Incident with tugboat „Egesund“, IMO 9059248, barge „Baugi R“ and tugboat „Sea Bronco“, IMO 9345491

On 30 November 2021, while tugboat "Egesund", IMO 9059248, registered in Denmark, was towing barge „Baugi R“ in the canal of Klaipeda seaport towards seaport gate, tugboat "Sea Bronco", IMO 9345491, registered in the Netherlands, was crossing the port channel and collided with the towing line, connected between tugboat "Egesun" and barge „Baugi R“. Due to impact tugboat "Egesund" and barge „Baugi R“ changed courses and the barge „Baugi R“ collided with the "Egesund". No significant damage to ships, no injuries to people, no damage to environment sustained.
