Accident to the aircraft Rans S6-S Coyote II, registration LY-PRO

On 18 May 2018, at around 19:00, the ultralight aircraft Rans S6-S Coyote II, not registered in the Civil Aircraft Register of the Republic of Lithuania (sequentially allocated national and registration marks LY-PRO), during a turn in the Šilutė aerodrome area, went into a spin. Due to the low altitude, the aircraft immediately crashed into the ground. The aircraft was destroyed by the impact with the ground and the fire that broke out as a result of the crash. The pilot was killed in the accident.
