On 9 March 2022 at 15.35 hrs UTC the aircraft Tecnam P2006T registration 5B-CLR during training flight at the Lleida airport (LEDA) landed on the runway without deploying its landing gear.

The safety investigation is performed by the Safety Investigation Authority of the Kingdom of Spain (Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviación Civil).

The Republic of Lithuania, as a state of operator of the aircraft, has appointed the accredited representative and his technical advisors to this safety investigation.
