On December 14, at around 1:32 p. m., the driver of a Dodge Journey Crossroad, while driving 4 km on road No. 228 Dauparai–Gargždai–Vėžaičiai towards Gargždai, collided with and fatally injured a cyclist who had entered the roadway.
