Less serious accident with ro-ro cargo ship Belgia Seaways, IMO 9188233

On 6 June 2022, ship Belgia Seaways, IMO 9188233, registered in the Register of Seagoing Ships of the Republic of Lithuania, while proceeding in English canal, due to technical failure sustained main engine shut down and ship started to drift. After the crew eliminated the fault, the ship's main engine normal operation was restored and the ship continued her voyage. Shore assistance was not used. No injuries, no pollution or other damage were reported.
