Shipping canal of the Klaipėda State Seaport

On 18 November 2022, ship Flora, Reg. No.  LT-P-963, registered in the Register of Inland Waterway Vessels of the Republic of Lithuania, while proceeding in the shipping canal of the Klaipeda State Seaport, sustained technical failure and as a result the crew of the ship lost the ability to steer the ship. Tug was used to moor the ship „Flora“ to the quay. No injuries, no pollution or other damage were reported.
