Less serious accident with inland waterway ship (tanker) Banga, Reg. No. LT-P-279

On  18 January  2023, ship Banga, Reg. No. P-279, registered in the Register of Inland Waterway Vessels of the Republic of Lithuania, while proceeding in the water area of Klaipėda State Seaport, due to technical failure lost propulsion power. With assistance of tug ship was towed and moored to the quay. Shore infrastructure was not damaged, people were not injured, and the environment not polluted.
