Less serious accident with general cargo ship Aquarius, IMO 9143582

On 1 August 2023, ship Aquarius, IMO 9143582, registered in the Register of Seagoing Ships of the Republic of Lithuania, while proceeding in Mediterranean sea in the zone between Tunisia and Sicily, due to technical failure of gear box sustained loss of propulsion power and was towed to the port in Malta for repairs. No injuries, no pollution or other damage were reported.
