Curonian Lagoon, about 50 meters from the southern pier of the port of Juodkrantė, sailing in the direction of Nida.

On June 5, 2026, the ship Amelia, reg. no. LTU-2508, while sailing in the direction of Nida, hit an obstacle, probably underwater. As a result, one of the ship's crew members suffered minor injuries, and the ship's hull was damaged. Inland Waterways Directorate was informed about the incident.
