Safety Investigation Division participated in ENCASIA Peer Review visits
On 12-16 October 2026, the Safety Investigation Division participated in Peer Review visits in Vienna, Austria, and Dublin, Ireland, organized by ENCASIA Working Group 5. These on-site visits allowed learning about the activities of the Safety Investigation Authorities of Austria and Ireland, their safety investigation process, and the challenges that arise.
The Peer Review process is a tool designed for self-assessment, sharing knowledge, experience, and good practices. This process also promotes cooperation among Safety Investigation Authorities, enables them to learn from one another, and helps identify best practices that support improvement of the effectiveness of safety investigation process.
