On 8 August 2022 the ultralight aircraft Bristell UL HD registration LY-LIS went to the spin and hit the ground near A5 highway, Armaniškiai village, Kaunas district, Lithaunia. Both pilots where fatally injured. The aircraft was destroyed by post-impact fire.
