Latvian safety investigation authority published safety investigation report

On 15 May 2026, the Latvian Safety Investigation Authority (TAIIB) published a safety investigation report on the serious accident involving a fishing vessel Tovė, which occurred on 19 May 2024 in the Baltic Sea.
